University students averaging honor grades for any given semester are placed on the dean's list. Specific criteria for addition to the list are as follows:
Credit-load requirements:
- Students are expected to have earned at least 12 credits in the semester (two terms) in question and achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or above, or Students granted permission for part-time study must earn 8 – 11 credits and achieve a grade point average of 3.50, or Students with documented special needs must achieve a grade point average of 3.50 and earn eight (8) or more credits.
- No grade in the semester in question may be lower than "B," and no grades of Incomplete ("I") or Withdrawal ("W") are allowed.
- The dean's list is computed based on a cutoff date of all grades received by the end of the second week of classes in the following semester. Students should be aware that any work meant to meet a grade change to make the dean's list must be submitted to their course instructors for review well before the dean's list's cutoff date.
